In this unique program, you will grow every week, building on your knowledge, your wisdom and creating a better version of you in a powerful and authentic way! You will learn what I understand now, how I tranformed and how I became more, and more importantly, HOW YOU CAN implement this in your life to BECOME MORE , Happy and Fulfilled!

The program is a group coaching , so

• you learn from me
• you learn from others
• you have the possibility to express and grow
• you step up and gain confidence

And all this, while transforming with others.

It is structured as followed

• Every month: A specific topic that we go deeper with, we experience it, feel it, discuss it, live it!
• Call 1: Introduction, food for thought, concept, my experience, reference points, exchange between us
• Call 2: Homework Review, Question, Discussion about the topic, the feelings, the blocks, and then daily processes
• Another Call open, either to follow up and also to reflect back on the journey, express some gratitude and every time a surprise
• When possible a gift call to you around the topic with an expert guest (usually from my radio show). This is just for you to grow more

The Homework is an important part of this work, as it is all about you experiencing. The group is important, it is all about you expressing, and feeling, and I am here to be your guide on this journey (sometimes your stick, something your support, sometimes your light, sometimes your student, sometimes your Teacher). It is your Journey and you are not alone.
